This solid copper EyeBender twister has an outer wrap that is approximately 1/2" (1/4" to 3/4") from the inner coil. By concentating on the inner coil, the illusion of the solid glass marble moving up and down (depending on the direction the twister is turning) is still dominant. The outer coil (or wrap) adds another dimension to the twister by creating a conflicting illusion that the outer coil is moving in the opposite direction.
