ARTIST COMMENT
November Sea is the third in a series of winter scenes in oil on canvas of the Pacific Northwest. It is a composite of the places I have been to in Washington and Oregon. Some of the most fascinating times I have spent at the ocean, are during inclement weather, when the waves are wild and the spray splashes high and spins off into a cold mist. This large oil was painted to be a companion print for December Day and Rialto Beach. It has become, as an individual print, one of my most popular limited editions.
