Artist comment:  "This painting brings back to me wonderful times spent with my famiy exploring the beaches of the northern coast of Washington. I painted the scene as I remembered the sunny day and blue water of the ocean. The horizontal format lends scope to the length of beach punctuated by rocks and a larger 'island' just offshore."

"North Beach" is a limited edition, giclée print from an original oil painting by Carol Thompson.  The edition includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs).  Release date is April 2009.  Image size and substrates vary.  All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity.   Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.   Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.

"North Beach" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” diptych giclée print from an original oil painting by Carol Thompson.   Image sizes are 2 1/2” X 3 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO).   Release date is April 2009. This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks.  The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints.  This ACEO diptych is signed by the artist, includes signed certificates of authenticity, and is packaged in plastic sleeves for protection.
