"Though narrower than it's companion piece, "Edge Of The Sea #1", This oil painting on stretched canvas has all the elements of a perfect seascape on its own merit. However, when placed side-by-side, they form a very interesting "whole". The horizon and wave patterns meet, as does the rock formation (when placed in one position). If you choose, you can reverse the order, and then there will be rocks at both ends of the scene, yet the breakers, foam and clouds match perfectly. I had a great deal of fun doing these two paintings on stretched canvas, and I hope you will enjoy seeing them together as a set, as well." |

includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered
and 100 artist proofs). Release date is February 2002. Image size and substrates
vary.
All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity. Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.
Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.

"Edge Of The Sea # 2" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” giclée print from an original oil painting by Carol Thompson. Image size is 2 1/2” X 3 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO). Release date is February 2002. This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks. The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints. This ACEO is signed by the artist, includes a signed certificate of authenticity, and is packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection.
