"Built in 1934, this is the third structure
on this site. This lighthouse sits on a rocky, partially wooded island
reached by a foot bridge. A 44 foot octagonal tower has a fog signal, radio
beacon, and light, all vital to navigation in the rough waters of the Oregon
Coast."
