| Fort Point Lighthouse
"The small steel tower is situated beneath
the looming Golden Gate Bridge in the San Francisco Bay, California.
From a gracious Cape Cod structure, to a 36 foot wooden tower, to this
steel tower sitting atop a three story Spanish style brick fort, this is
the third structure to be built in this area to serve as a lighthouse.
It continued it's brave duty until the golden Gate was built in the 1930's."
