Artist comment:  "This painting is exceptional for it's colors and the paper it is painted on.  I used 'soft' pastel on Wallis heavy weight sanded paper that really grips the paint.  I started at the center with the lightest light and worked outward to the darkest dark.  It was a really 'fun' piece to do."

"Stunning Sunrise" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson.   Image size is 2 1/2” X 3 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO).   Release date is March 2010 . This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks.  The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints.  This ACEO is signed by the artist, includes a signed certificate of authenticity, and is packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection.

 Color of images may vary slightly from the actual artwork due to variations in monitors, so if color is a critical factor, you can order a small three inch tall sample to verify color accuracy.
