Artist comment:  "A Quadraflex is a four line maneuverable kite that is capable of all-directional flight. The operator of this brightly colored kite shows that it can be made to hover and seems to 'kiss' the driftwood stump on the beach. It can go up, down, side to side, and spin numerous spins and then be unwound."
