"A large colorful parafoil holds up a small windsock and a slowly rotating spinsock creating a spectacular display in the sky".

Artist comment:  "It is always a pleasure to see the diverse and creative kite displays brightening the sky at anytime in the summer on the beach. This showy combination was particularly interesting. The parafoil is a Dean Jordan design and the 30' spinning windsock is by 'Gomberg Kites'. Jim and Rene Conrad of Grants Pass, Oregon are the owners and flyers of these beautiful kites. I used gouache on 140# hot pressed watercolor paper to convey the brilliance and detail of the scene."
