"In a Hawaiian park, a flyer pushes it to the limit, spinning a stack of 3 TRLBY's with 100' tails, to form a continual spiral 'corkscrew'."

 
Artist comment:  "Several years ago, my husband and I attended a kite convention on the island of Oahu in Hawai'i. Having brought with us our kites, we never missed an opportunity to fly them in the park near our hotel. With palm trees and mountains as a backdrop, I photographed the corkscrew pattern that Ed was flying with the colorful TRLBY kites."

All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity.   Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.   Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.

"Corkscrew" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” giclée print from an original oil painting by Carol Thompson. Image size is 3 1/2” X 2 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO). Release date is February 2009. This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks. The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints.  This ACEO is signed by the artist, includes a signed certificate of authenticity, and is packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection.

 Color of images may vary slightly from the actual artwork due to variations in monitors, so if color is a critical factor, you can order a small three inch tall sample to verify color accuracy.
