"Blue Crocus" by Carol Thompson
|
| "The 'blue crocus' in a shady spot in your garden, quietly say, 'hello spring". Daffodils may nod and glow and tulips may dance and shine, but my favorites are the shy, quiet crocus, calmly announcing the end of each day." |
Artist comment:
"Spring has arrived when you see these jaunty blue crocuses pop out of the ground. They are best when clustered in groups. But not to worry, left on their own, they soon will multiply by themselves into attractive clumps. This is a watercolor on 140# watercolor paper. |
