Artist comment:  "My husband and I volunteer one day a week to pet the cats and kittens at our local animal shelter.  The animals appear to genuinely enjoy the attention and we get a great deal of satisfaction from being there.  This small pastel was painted on Canson Mi-Teintes tinted paper using soft Rembrandt pastel. The mood is playful, to show the youthful curiosity of the kittens."

"Rain Again!" is a limited edition, giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson.  The edition includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs).  Release date is January 2011.  Image size and substrates vary.   All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity.   Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.   Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.
