ARTIST COMMENT
"I grew up on a farm with a lot of different animals and fowl. The idea of painting them has reached fruition with my perfecting the media of pastel. This early morning scene allowed me to use vivid yellow green to complement the rich warms of the rooster and soft gold tones of the hen."
