"I like boats! Tugboats are special to me because they are hard-working, durable, and handsome craft. The 'Foss' line of tugs is common here in Washington state, so I get to observe, photograph, and paint them. This one was spotted on the Columbia river near Sauvie Island north of Portland, Oregon. I used Canson Mi-Teintes gray-toned pastel paper and a variety of cool pastel shades to depict the scene." |

includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered
and 100 artist proofs). Release date is December 2000. Image size and substrates
vary.
All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity. Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.
Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.

"Foss On The Columbia River" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson. Image size is 2 1/2” X 3 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO). Release date is December 2000. This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks. The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints.
