Artist comment:  "I love boats! I enjoy painting in pastel; the colors, shapes and details of them, no matter what size. Here I depict one of the many smaller boats as it carries a ship pilot from shore to the large boat anchored in the deep waters at the mouth of the Columbia River. This is one painting in my ‘Astoria Waterfront’ series."

"Arrow No 2" is a limited edition, giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson.  The edition includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs).  Release date is August 2010.  Image size and substrates vary.   All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity.   Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.   Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.
