Artist comment: "My most recent passion is to paint marine scenes with pastel. This includes the boats and harbors, as well as the shore birds that dominate the area. This painting of the CGC Alert was a delight to render. Her vivid white glows in the gleaming sunlight. First I focused on the blues and greens that set off the boat, then carefully painted the details of the ‘Alert’.” |

print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson. The edition
includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered
and 100 artist proofs). Release date is October 2010. Image size and substrates
vary.
All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity. Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.
Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray. |
