Artist comment:  "In my travels, I came upon this little blue tractor.  It struck me as unusual, first  because of its' color and second because of its' solitary setting;  as though temporarily abandoned.  I chose to emphasize the horizontal lines of the field to further 'isolate' the tractor and farm implement.  Pastel was my medium of choice on Canson Mi-Teintes paper."

"Blue Tractor" is a limited edition, giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson.  The edition includes 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs).  Release date is January 2010.  Image size and substrates vary.   All prints are signed and numbered by the artist and include a certificate of authenticity.   Paper prints are shrink wrapped on foam board.   Canvas prints are coated with a protective spray.

"Blue Tractor"ACEO

"Blue Tractor" is an “Art Cards, editions and originals (ACEO)” giclée print from an original pastel painting by Carol Thompson. Image size is 3 1/2” X 2 1/2” (standard size for an ACEO).   Release date is January 2010.   This substrate is "Epson PremierArt Water Resistant Giclee Canvas", using Epson Ultrachrome K3 archival inks. The canvas has been coated with PremierArt™ print shield, which seals and protects the artwork from moisture, UV light fade, humidity, atmospheric contaminants, abrasion, and fingerprints.  This ACEO is signed by the artist, includes a signed certificate of authenticity, and is packaged in a plastic sleeve for protection.
